<p><p><b>Description :</b> </p><p><br/></p><p>K&K Talents is an international recruiting agency that has been providing technical resources globally since 1993.<br/><br/> This position is with one of our clients in India, who is actively hiring candidates to expand their teams.<br/><br/> Title : Java Developer (J2EE).<br/><br/> Location : Pune, India Hybrid.<br/><br/> Employment Type : C2H.<br/><br/><b>Role :</b><br/><br/> As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing the configuration management plan under the guidance of the Configuration Lead.<br/><br/> You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and customize software configurations that align with business process designs and application requirements.<br/><br/> This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/> - Design, implement, and support software configuration and customization activities.<br/><br/> - Develop complex, event-driven/reactive systems that are fault-tolerant and globally distributed.<br/><br/> - Build high-performance applications using Java/C++ with strong emphasis on concurrency, networking, and algorithms.<br/><br/> - Deliver ultra-low latency and/or high throughput solutions for domains such as Financial Markets or Big Data Analytics.<br/><br/> - Ensure solution quality by applying Agile methodologies, test-driven development, and code best practices.<br/><br/> - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights.<br/><br/> - Support build automation and version control processes.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills:</b><br/><br/> - Strong proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition (minimum 5 years).<br/><br/> - Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and networking protocols (TCP/UDP).<br/><br/> - Experience in concurrency, memory management, and Linux internals.<br/><br/> - Knowledge of GC, JNI, Java Unsafe, JNR-FFI (preferred).<br/><br/> - Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git, Subversion) and build tools (Maven, Gradle).<br/><br/> - Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Kotlin, Shell) for tooling.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills:</b><br/><br/> - Experience with C++ programming and low-latency systems.<br/><br/> - Exposure to CPU/GPU architecture and shared memory concepts.<br/><br/> - Knowledge of Aeron framework.<br/><br/> - Understanding of full software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
