We specialize in building MVPs, Mobile and Web Applications, and SaaS Products for startups and SMBs.<br/><br/>With a focus on quality code, technical architectures, and client satisfaction, we have successfully delivered over 60 solutions in 10 countries and 12 industries.<br/><br/><b>Only apply if you have Technical development experience</b><br/><br/><b>About the Role : </b><br/><br/>We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in managing end-to-end technology projects.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be capable of handling both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and hold a valid project management certification (PMP, CSM, or equivalent).<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Lead and manage multiple technical projects from initiation to delivery.<br/><br/>- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels - both technical and non-technical.<br/><br/>- Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, design, and product teams to ensure timely delivery.<br/><br/>- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and progress reports.<br/><br/>- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.<br/><br/>- Ensure projects align with business goals and quality standards.<br/><br/>- Manage resource allocation and team coordination efficiently.<br/><br/><b>Requirements : </b><br/><br/>- 4+ years of experience in technical project management.<br/><br/>- Proven track record of delivering software or IT projects on time and within scope.<br/><br/>- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to translate technical details into clear business language.<br/><br/>- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.<br/><br/>- Project Management Certification (PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is mandatory.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills : </b><br/><br/>- Background in software development or IT services.<br/><br/>- Experience working with distributed or remote teams.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project methodologies.<br/><br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
