In this hands-on role, youll work closely with engineering teams to build secure and scalable environments, manage container orchestration, implement GitOps, and streamline CI/CD workflows.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform and CLI.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage containerized workloads on EKS / Kubernetes, including Helm charts, ingress, autoscaling, and troubleshooting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and manage GitOps pipelines with tools like Argo CD or equivalent.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Jira).<br/><br/></p><p>- Automate processes through scripting (Bash / Python) and Infrastructure as Code.<br/><br/></p><p>- Set up monitoring and alerting systems to ensure platform reliability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to incident management, RCA documentation, and operational excellence.<br/><br/><b>Must-Have Technical Skills :</b><br/><br/><b>Skill Required Expertise :</b><br/><br/>- AWS Cloud Infrastructure Provision and manage core AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECR), IAM roles, security groups, and cost dashboards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Containerization (EKS / Kubernetes) Deploy and manage containerized services, Helm charts, ingress controllers, autoscaling, and network policies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Ansible / AWS SAM) Build modular Terraform code, automate provisioning, and deploy serverless workloads.<br/><br/></p><p>- GitOps (Argo CD / Equivalent) Create GitOps pipelines with sync policies, rollback strategies, and RBAC.<br/><br/></p><p>- CI/CD (Bitbucket / Jenkins / Jira) Develop pipelines covering build, test, scan, and deploy with traceability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Scripting (Bash / Python) Write automation scripts for system operations and validations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Linux OS Strong hands-on in Ubuntu/CentOS management, NGINX/Apache configuration, SSL, and performance tuning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Datastores Work with MySQL / PostgreSQL / Redis for integrations, backups, and performance tuning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Backup & DR Familiarity with Veeam / Commvault for scheduling and DR drills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitoring & Alerting Configure metrics, dashboards, and actionable alerts using CloudWatch, Prometheus, or equivalent.<br/><br/></p><p>- Incident Management & RCA On-call participation, incident handling, and root cause analysis.<br/><br/><b>Nice-to-Have Skills :</b><br/><br/><b>Skill Preferred Expertise :</b><br/><br/>- Kustomize / FluxCD Exposure to declarative GitOps strategies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Kafka Familiarity with event-streaming architecture and basic integration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Datadog (or equivalent) Experience with monitoring and alerting dashboards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Chaos Engineering Participation in resilience testing or chaos simulations.<br/><br/></p><p>- DevSecOps & Compliance Integration of security scans and secrets management in pipelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build Tools (Maven / Gradle / NPM) Integration with CI systems and artifact management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Certifications AWS DevOps Engineer / Developer Associate / Terraform Associate preferred.<br/><br/><b>Why Join Us :</b><br/><br/>- Work on mission-critical banking infrastructure at enterprise scale.<br/><br/></p><p>- Be part of a global engineering team with modern DevOps practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hybrid work model with flexibility.<br/><br/></p><p>- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud and automation technologies.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
