<p><p><b>Description :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>Company overview : <br/><br/>TraceLinks software solutions and Opus Platform help the pharmaceutical industry digitize their supply chain and enable greater compliance, visibility, and decision making.<br/><br/>It reduces disruption to the supply of medicines to patients who need them, anywhere in the world.<br/><br/>Founded in 2009 with the simple mission of protecting patients, today Tracelink has 8 offices, over 800 employees and more than 1300 customers in over 60 countries around the world.<br/><br/>Our expanding product suite continues to protect patients and now also enhances multi-enterprise collaboration through innovative new applications such as MINT.<br/><br/>Tracelink is recognized as an industry leader by Gartner and IDC, and for having a great company culture by Comparably.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Python and Java/JavaScript.<br/><br/>- Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS).<br/><br/>- Integrate ML models and GenAI tools that power TraceLinks products.<br/><br/>- Discuss and elaborate on functional and non-functional requirements with Product Management, Architecture, and QA while ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the product.<br/><br/>- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.<br/><br/>- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our software remains cutting-edge.<br/><br/>- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications software that takes best advantage of our cloud-based fully-distributed architecture.<br/><br/>- Communicate risks and progress in a timely manner to the Scrum Team.<br/><br/>- Support delivered features by debugging and creating RCA for production issues, working towards short-term and long-term fixes.<br/><br/>- Adhere to Tracelinks documented software dev life cycle methodology.<br/><br/>- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills and Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- 2-5 years of professional software development experience, primarily in building products for large enterprises.<br/><br/>- Strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript and Python.<br/><br/>- Experience in AI/ML area such as Fine Tune & Evaluation of GenAI models (e., Claude, Llama) Prompt Engineering.RAG.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of working with at least one cloud platform, preferably AWS.<br/><br/>- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and infrastructure as code.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms.<br/><br/><b>Education : </b>Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
